We’re seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our Operations team and take ownership of commercial fit-out projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with our Construction Manager, site foremen, suppliers, clients and all stakeholders to ensure every project runs smoothly and delivered on time, and to a high standard.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing commercial fit-out projects across a range of sectors, including Retail, Office, Hospitality, and Medical. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will assist in coordinating key aspects of project delivery, including procurement, contract administration support, client communication, authority liaison, and final handover documentation. With a strong focus on organisation, communication, and attention to detail, you'll be a key point of contact of coordination between clients,



consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to help ensure projects run smoothly and are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of commercial fit-out projects across Retail, Office, Hospitality, and Medical sectors.
- Manage procurement, subcontractors, and supplier coordination.
- Administer head contracts and liaise with relevant authorities, overseeing project programs, variations, and contractual claims to ensure timely delivery.
- Support and guide site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure smooth, professional project handovers.

About You:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in the commercial construction industry
- Solid understanding of commercial and fit-out project delivery
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
