Position Summary

Understands the need to anticipate and manage concurrent processes to meet implementation timelines. Familiarity with GANTT charts would be essential.
- Experience in IT project design: Understands aspects specific to IT project design such as, workflow clarity, user-experience, iterative design, automation and security.
- Effective communicator, delegator and team leader: Able to provide clear instruction to team members regarding task requirements and performance expectations. Replaces ambiguity with clarity and supports other team members to meet program KPIs.
