About the Role
As a key member of our front-office team, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
- Warmly greeting and welcoming patients to the practice
- Managing a high volume of phone calls and appointment bookings
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the patient journey from initial enquiry through to treatment and beyond
- Using initiative and problem solving skills to assist with daily practice operations
- Collaborating closely with clinicians and team members to deliver exceptional patient care
- Assisting with a variety of administrative and ad hoc tasks as required
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Previous Reception or Administrative experience within a medical, specialist, dental or hospital environment (Orthodontic or Dental an advantage)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, professional and patient-focused approach
- A team oriented attitude and willingness to support those around you
