- Service delivery across aged care and disability programs
- Workforce performance,capabilityand planning
- Funding utilisation and operational performance
- Service improvement and redesign
- Systems improvement, datavisibilityand client experience
- Change across large and diverse teams

You will bring explicit accountability, practicalstructureand momentum, while protecting the human side of care.

About you

This opportunity will suit a senior operational leader with:

- Deep experience across aged care,disabilityor community services
- Strong knowledge of Home Care Packages, Support at Home and/or the NDIS
- Experience leading large,distributedand multidisciplinary teams
- A track recordof improving workforce,systemsand service performance
- Strong operational and commercial judgement
- The ability to lead change and build trust across diverse teams
- Avalues-led leadership style
