RSA is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team based at our Dalby Workshop on a 5/2 roster (with occasional weekend work required to meet operational needs).
As a key member of our Workshop team, you’ll coordinate the movement of trucks, heavy mobile plant and equipment across projects Australia-wide, ensuring assets are deployed safely, efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating the movement of trucks, heavy mobile plant and equipment across multiple sites
Liaising with project managers, site supervisors, suppliers and transport providers to ensure timely plant deployment
Working with maintenance and workshop teams to maximise fleet availability and utilisation
Managing transport compliance and documentation
What You Bring...
Demonstrated experience in a similar role is essential
Current MC Licence + experience operating MC vehicles
Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle operations, transport legislation, permits and oversized load requirements
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing operational demands
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
