The Opportunity

We are seeking Mental Health Registered/Enrolled Nurses to join our specialist team. We have positions available for evening shifts (12 hours) on a part-time or full-time basis — we’re open to finding the right arrangement for the right candidate.

You will play a key role in delivering intensive, evidence-based care across:

- Inpatient withdrawal and detox programs
- Acute psychiatric presentations
- Trauma and addiction recovery pathways

Working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, GPs, psychotherapists and counsellors, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessments




- Develop and implement complex care plans
- Deliver therapeutic, trauma-informed nursing care
- Support patients through highly vulnerable and transformative stages of recovery

What We’re Looking For

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered/Enrolled Nurse
- Proven ability to manage complex mental health presentations
- Strong therapeutic communication and professional boundary skills
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for evenings (12-hour shifts)
