Developcorp Constructions Pty Ltd is a mid- tier builder based in Parramatta CBD with the main focus of constructing mixed-use and Residential developments. Developcorp Constructions are currently commencing numerous construction sites around Sydney and are searching for a Construction Cadet that has the ambition and ability to effectively and support the Project Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Construction Cadet will include but are not limited to the following:

- Working closely with and taking instruction from the Project Manager
- Taking instruction from Managers and directors
- Coordinating with Site Foreman & Contracts Manager
- AttendingOffice and Site Meetings and taking of the Minutes of Meetings
- Assisting the Project Manager from the commencement to the completion of numerous projects. Including all handover documentation.
- Liaising with the Private Certifier, Architect and other relevant Consultants
- Delegating tasks
- All other general requirements and instructions
- Attend the office as required





To be considered for the role of a Construction Cadet you will require:

- A minimum of 2 years proven experience in effectively Assisting Project Manager within the building industry
- To have completed a Bachelor of Construction Management Course (or currently fourth year student)
- Experience working on multi-unit residential projects of value $5-15 million
- Positive understanding of Workplace Health and Safety legislation and requirements
- Professional telephone communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the attention to detail
- A minimum of intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word , Excel & Microsoft Project
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks
- Ability to provide a high level of great works relation
- Must have own transport
