Position Overview:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions across our multi-site allied health clinic network. This role ensures compliance with Australian workplace legislation, supports a positive and high-performing culture, and partners with clinic leaders to attract, develop, and retain a skilled healthcare and administration workforce.

Working closely with management and clinic leaders, the HR Manager will balance strategic HR planning with hands-on operational delivery across staff, including clinical, administrative, and management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR & Workforce Planning

- · Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals and patient-centred care values
- · Provide expert HR advice to leadership on workforce planning, organisational structure, and change management
- · Analyse workforce metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism) and recommend improvements

Recruitment & Onboarding

- · Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles across multiple sites
- · Partner with clinic managers to identify staffing needs and workforce gaps
- · Oversee onboarding, credentialing,



and probation processes to ensure compliance and smooth integration

Employee Relations & Performance Management

- · Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
- · Manage employee relations issues with a fair, consistent, and confidential approach
- · Support managers in conducting performance reviews and development plans

Compliance & Industrial Relations

- · Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, Awards, enterprise agreements, and healthcare-specific regulations
- · Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employment contracts
- · Manage workplace health and safety (WHS) obligations in collaboration with clinic leadership

Learning, Development & Culture

- · Identify training and professional development needs across clinical and non-clinical teams
- · Support leadership development and capability building for clinic managers
- · Promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture across all locations

HR Operations & Systems

- · Oversee HR records, HRIS, and reporting
- · Manage leave, remuneration reviews, and employment changes
- · Support payroll processes in collaboration with finance manager (as applicable)

Key Skills & Experience

Essential

- · Proven HR management experience,



ideally within healthcare or a regulated environment
- · Knowledge of Australian employment law and Fair Work requirements
- · Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed teams
- · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- · Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR delivery

Desirable

- · Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- · Experience working with clinical professionals (doctors, allied health, nurses)
- · Knowledge of healthcare accreditation and compliance frameworks
