We are seeking a high-performing Senior Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of Australia’s top-performing Anytime Fitness clubs in Macquarie Park. This is a full-time leadership role suited to an experienced manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

YourResponsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the club
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the team
- Consistently deliver an exceptional member experience
- Develop and execute social media and marketing initiatives
- Drive membership growth and meet key performance targets
- Build strong local partnerships through community engagement
- Maintain a safe, clean, and high-quality facility
- Ensure full compliance with franchise guidelines and WHS/OHS requirements





What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years experience in a Leadership or management experience (fitness industry preferred)
- Confident communicator with robust customer service skills
- Results-driven and proactive attitude
- Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
- Organised, adaptable, and ready to take ownership
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a team

Requirements

- Current First Aid & CPR certification
