About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused marketing professional who enjoys becoming a trusted partner to their clients.

You'll become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service from initial onboarding through to ongoing account management, campaign coordination and monthly reporting.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals, coordinate marketing activities and ensure projects are delivered professionally, on time and to an exceptional standard.

The role offers excellent variety, combining account management, marketing coordination, copywriting, social media management and content creation while working alongside a talented and supportive team.

This is a hybrid role, mainly WFH for now while we're still acquiring a new office location near the city. You'll work between home, the Manly West office and regular client visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Build trusted,



long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Manage the client journey from onboarding through ongoing account management
- Coordinate marketing activities across multiple client campaigns
- Prepare monthly reporting and communicate campaign outcomes
- Write engaging marketing copy including blogs, advertising, websites and newsletters
- General WordPress websites updates
- Schedule and coordinate social media content across Meta and LinkedIn
- Coordinate onsite content creation with clients and external videographers
- Liaise with internal team members to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
- Identify opportunities to further support and grow client accounts

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Ideally you will possess:

- Previous experience in Account Management, Marketing Coordination or Client Services
- Excellent copywriting and written communication skills
- Experience managing social media platforms including Meta and LinkedIn
- WordPress experience or confidence learning website content management systems
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Skilled communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle to attend client premises

Highly Regarded

- Experience within an agency environment
- Exposure to the Early Childhood Education & Care sector
- Experience interpreting marketing reports and campaign performance
