Nexa Solar is a well-established and quick-growing solar energy retailer operating across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania.

We pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity, and delivering exceptional customer service, backed by cutting-edge renewable energy solutions. After experiencing strong and consistent growth over the past 3–4 years, we’re expanding our solar sales team.

PLEASE NOTE: We are specifically seeking experienced solar sales professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven ability to work autonomously, stay self-motivated, and exceed targets
- Team players who thrive in a supportive, high-performing environment
- Robust experience in face-to-face, in-home selling and closing
- High reliability, a strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed
- Valid ABN
- Willingness to travel interstate for road trips (8–9 days on / 5–6 days off) – optional
- Based in or able to sell in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Northern NSW areas
- Enthusiastic, solution-focused sellers with high conversion rates

- Immediate availability – ready to hit the ground running
- Resilience and persistence in following up unsold leads with the same energy as your first pitch

What You Can Expect:

- 30–60% closing ratio
- Commissions starting at $1,000 per system, scaling up to $4,500 based on system size
- Average 5–8 systems sold per week
- Weekly earnings of $7,500 to $15,000 are common for high performers
- Pre-qualified and confirmed appointments provided – no cold calling
- A product that sells itself — solar just makes sense
