The Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled:

- Cosmetic Tattoo Artist
- Lash & Brow Artist
- Or a multi-skilled artist offering lashes, brows & cosmetic tattooing (highly regarded)
- Candidates with specialised experience in one service area such as lashes only are welcome to apply

You’ll be working in a luxury clinic environment while being immersed in a respected academy setting, gaining exposure well beyond a standard salon role.

Services may include:

- Brow waxing, shaping & tinting
- Brow lamination
- Lash lifts & lash extensions
- Cosmetic tattooing (brows, lips, eyeliner – if qualified)

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering premium brow, lash and/or cosmetic tattoo services
- Creating results that elevate client confidence and loyalty
- Providing exceptional customer care in a luxury setting
- Working towards achievable KPIs in a supportive setting
- Continuing to develop your skills through ongoing education
- Contributing positively to a high-standard, team-first culture

About You

- Experienced & Qualified in cosmetic tattooing & Lashes, brows
- Hold recognised qualifications in lash and brow services from any accredited training provider
- Possess valid cosmetic tattooing certification for artists providing tattoo services
- Minimum 12 months industry experience
- Passionate about education, growth and refining technique
- Detail-oriented with high professional standards
- Reliable, well-presented and client-focused
- Team player who values mentorship and feedback
- Open to travel and career expansion opportunities
- Hold valid Australian work rights including work visa arrangements
