We are seeking a skilled and dedicated part-time position Dispensary Technician to join the team at Priceline Pharmacy Marsden Park. As a Dispensary Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and accurate preparation and dispensing of medications to our customers. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to maintain the highest standards of pharmaceutical care whilst providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the health and wellbeing of our community.

What you'll be doing

- Accurately preparing and dispensing medications according to prescriptions under the supervision of a registered pharamacist
- Maintaining detailed records of all dispensed medications to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations
- Managing inventory and restocking shelves with medications and healthcare product
- Operating pharmacy computer systems and point-of-sale terminals
- Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with patients
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic dispensary environment
- Supporting the pharmacy team with various administrative tasks as required
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant pharmacy legislation, regulations and standard operating procedures
- Assisting customers with Australia Post Service (training provided)

What we're looking for

- Relevant qualification or certification as a Dispensary Technician (or equivalent),



or demonstrated experience in a pharmacy dispensary setting. Minimum 1 year experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sound knowledge of pharmaceutical products and terminology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and patient care
- Current First Aid certification is desirable
- Must be available for some closing shifts.
