Locum O&G; RMO/SRMO/CMO - Hawkesbury Hospital

The Opportunity

Hawkesbury Hospital is seeking a Locum O&G; RMO, SRMO or CMO to support Women’s Health / Obstetrics and Gynaecology coverage. This role is suited to a doctor with recent O&G; experience who is confident supporting clinical reviews, patient management, documentation and escalation of care when required.

Clinical Environment

Women’s Health / Obstetrics and Gynaecology role

Day shift cover, generally 08:00 – 20:30

Suitable for RMO, SRMO or CMO-level doctors

Supportive hospital workplace with escalation pathways available

Doctors approved for all areas of the hospital may be re-allocated during their shift due to operational requirements

Key Duties

- Support O&G; clinical cover
- Review patients and assist with management plans
- Complete documentation and handover
- Escalate clinical concerns appropriately
- Work collaboratively with medical, midwifery, nursing and allied health teams

Eligibility Criteria





- Current AHPRA Registration
- Recent O&G; experience at RMO, SRMO or CMO level
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work safely within scope and escalation appropriately
- Mandatory compliance completed prior to commencement
- Current CV, references and compliance documents as required
