About the Business Traineeship:
- Full-Time 12-month program with mentoring provided by WPC Group and our Host Employer
- Get paid to study and complete a Nationally Recognised Qualification - Certificate III in Business
- Immerse yourself with a Host Employer that will support and guide you throughout the program
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and mail handling.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
- Prepare and format documents, reports and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory control and purchasing processes.
- Contribute to internal and external communications,
including scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Work cooperatively within a team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal Business Trainee:
- Genuine interest in business administration and office support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on recent challenges.
- Commitment to completing the Traineeship and associated training requirements.
