About the Role Working in a well-equipped workshop, you'll be responsible for repairing, modifying, and refurbishing steel structures and equipment to a high standard. The role offers a variety of fabrication and welding tasks, ensuring no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities

- Fabricate, repair, and modify steel structures and equipment.
- Perform MIG welding, cutting, and general steel fabrication.
- Complete structural repairs and refurbishment work.
- Read and interpret technical drawings where required.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets required standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet production targets.

About You To be successful, you will have:

- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or Fabricator.
- Experience with MIG welding and steel fabrication.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
