We work on behalf of insurance builders, providing painting and plastering services. Due to our growth, we are looking for an experiencedOnsite Plastering Supervisor to join our team.
This role is suited to a qualified and experienced Gyprock Plasterer who enjoys leading a team, managing jobs, and delivering high-quality workmanship across residential insurance repairs and private works throughout Southeast Queensland.
This is an on-the-tools supervisory position. You'll work alongside our plasterers each day while supervising jobs, mentoring the team, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
About the Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supervising plastering teams and subcontractors on site
- Running jobs from start to completion
- Coordinating materials and ordering supplies as required
- Ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with job requirements
- Liaising with clients, supervisors, and internal team members
- Problem-solving on site and providing practical solutions
- Completing plastering works when required
- Supporting a positive and productive team environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualified Gyprock Plastering experience
- Minimum 10 years' industry experience
- Strong knowledge of residential plastering repairs
- Ability to lead and supervise a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
- A robust focus on quality, safety, and customer service
- A current driver's license and White Card
- QBCC Plastering License highly regarded
- Full working rights in Australia
Previous experience supervising trades, managing insurance repair works, or coordinating residential projects will be highly regarded.
