Support Worker | Casual Opportunities | Hours range from 8:00am to 4:00pm

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Support Worker to join our team at Sutherland on a casual basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, building positive relationships, and supporting people to achieve their goals in a fun and inclusive environment.

Support participants in activities including swimming, sports, community access, and 1:1 supports.

Build meaningful connections and encourage participation in social and recreational activities.

Provide person-centred support while promoting independence and choice.

What We're Looking For

Energetic, positive, and proactive attitude.

Genuine passion for supporting people and building rapport.

Comfortable participating in swimming, sporting,



and recreational activities.

Tech and gaming savvy, with the ability to engage participants through shared interests.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, versatile, and willing to work across a range of casual shifts.

Availability

Casual opportunities available.

Hours typically between 8:00am and 4:00pm.

Multiple shifts available across the week.
