Complex Disability Support Worker | Sunshine Coast & Moreton Bay | $38–$41 p/h + Benefits

Make a genuine difference, every single shift. We’re looking for confident, compassionate Support Workersto join our team supporting participants acrossthe Glasshouse Mountains, Caloundra, Nambourand surrounding Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay areas.

This is complex, meaningful work and you won’t do it alone. Our team debriefs together, supports each other, and make sure you’re never left to handle high-pressure moments on your own.

What you’ll be doing:





- Supporting NDIS participants with a range of disabilities, including intellectual disability, autism, physical disability and psychosocial disability.
- Responding calmly and safely to high-intensity behaviours, backed by Positive Behaviour Support and MAYBO training
- Following Personal Support Behaviour Plans (PSBP) and company policies
- Helping participants build independence, life skills, and community connections
- Completing clear, accurate documentation and incident reports

Must have to apply:

- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Proven experience supporting people with complex needs and challenging behaviours
- Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and responsive under pressure
- Blue Card for Paid work
- NDIS Worker Screening Check for Paid work
- NDIS Quality, Safety and You module

Desirable:Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
