Case Manager (Brisbane)

The role is a Case Manager for a full time or part time role at our Brisbane office.

What You’ll Do

- Provide workplace advice via phone and email to support our members

- Learn industrial relations processes with full training provided

- Work in a rapid-paced environment,



helping members resolve issues like unfair dismissal, pay disputes, and workplace bullying

- Ensure clear and professional communication to improve member satisfaction

- Contribute to a supportive and engaging workplace culture

What We’re Looking For

- University students or graduates in law, human rights or a related field (or those with a strong interest in workplace advocacy)

- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

- Ability to learn quickly and think on your feet

- A positive attitude and a commitment to fairness

- Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving abilities

- A passion for helping people and making an impact
