Our client is expanding their Brisbane team and looking for inspectors to cover Springwood/Sunnybank locations. As a Building & Pest Inspector, you'll focus primarily on pre-purchase inspections - identifying defects, assessing compliance, and delivering detailed reports that safeguard property transactions.

Duties

- Identify structural defects, compliance issues & safety risks
- Carry out pre-purchase inspections across Sunnybank/Springwood & surrounds
- Produce clear, actionable inspection reports
- Inspect subfloors, roof cavities & external roofing areas
- Provide professional advice to clients

Skills & Experience





- Demonstrated experience in building and/or pest inspections
- QLD Builder's Licence and Registered Building Inspectors Course (or eligibility)
- Timber Pest certification (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010) - or willingness to enrol
- Strong attention to detail & high-quality reporting skills
- Police clearance, valid driver's licence & reliable vehicle
