About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Florist to join our team at our Campbelltown NSW location on a part-time and casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled florist to contribute your expertise to a dynamic business whilst maintaining flexibility in your schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, whilst delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

What you'll be doing

Designing and creating bespoke floral arrangements for weddings, events, corporate clients and special occasions

Preparing flowers and foliage by trimming, conditioning and arranging blooms according to design specifications

Assisting customers with floral selections and providing expert advice on arrangement styles, colour palettes and flower longevity

Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery or collection

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including proper care and storage of flowers and materials

Staying updated with current floral design trends and techniques





Contributing to the overall aesthetic and presentation of the shop

Supporting the team to ensure excellent customer experiences

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a florist, preferably with several years of skilled experience

knowledge of flowers, foliage, plants and their seasonal availability

Advanced floral design skills with proficiency in various arrangement styles and techniques

attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients

Ability to work accurately under time pressure, particularly during busy periods

Physical capability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods and handling flowers and materials

A creative mindset with an appreciation for aesthetics and design

Reliability and a professional approach to work

Any relevant floristry qualifications or certifications would be advantageous
