We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our Residential Sales team based in Rochedale, QLD.

As a key member of the team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with products, orders, and deliveries, while also providing valuable support to our internal sales representatives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, builders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and customer expectations are exceeded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE...

- Liaising directly with builders via phone and email
- Supporting the sales team with administrative duties to help achieve team objectives
- Maintaining accurate client and project records
- Data entry and database maintenance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Supporting positive and productive internal team relationships
- Managing customer orders,



delivery schedules and stock allocations
- Liaising with procurement, warehousing and logistics teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Resolving customer and site-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE...

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive, enthusiastic and team-focused approach
- Qualified communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- High competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in customer service, sales support or administrative roles
- Previous experience within the building products, construction or home improvement industry is highly regarded but not essential
