The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of our flagship $120M, two-stage multi-residential mixed-use development in Redcliffe.

The project comprises two 12-storey residential towers over a three-level basement and represents one of the most significant residential developments in the region.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering the project through to practical completion. You will lead a project team of up to 12 site professionals and work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project planning through construction, to completion

- Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and reporting

- Oversee financial performance including cost control and commercial management

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project team





- Manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements

- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements

- Champion GVG’s “Think Safe Live Well” culture

- Drive collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

About You

You will bring:

- 10+ years’ construction experience

- 5+ years in a senior Project Manager role delivering large-scale projects

- Proven experience in multi-residential developments

- Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar

- QBCC Open Site Supervisor Licence (essential)

- Strong commercial and financial management capability

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to lead and develop teams

- Experience with construction management systems/software

- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining schedules, cost, and quality outcomes
