We're looking for a reliable, friendly Casual Warehouse Assistant to join the Project PARGO team in Coolum Beach, working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week (must be available on these days)
We're a purpose-led brand designing premium insulated drinkware, with every product helping fund clean water projects for communities in need. You'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and making sure our customers feel looked after every step of the way.
About the Role
Warehouse & Dispatch
- Pick and pack online and wholesale orders for dispatch
- Operate a pallet walkie to move stock and retrieve pallets from racking (training provided)
- Prepare freight and shipping labels using fulfilment software
- Assist with stocktakes and maintaining accurate stock levels
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and running smoothly
- Help keep our workspace, including shared and office areas, clean and presentable
Customer Service
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone with friendly, helpful service
- Assist with order updates, tracking questions, and general support
- Help maintain a positive experience for every PARGO customer
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in pick/pack, warehouse, or customer service roles is a plus, but not essential
- A friendly, transparent communicator who's comfortable talking with customers
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to detail
- A team player who's comfortable working independently
- Available Monday, Wednesday and Friday on an ongoing basis
