Our Service Team is located in Kingsgrove Sydney.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Provide an excellent level of Customer Service Support through incoming emails and phone calls and logging service requests.
- Allocate and coordinate service requests with customers and technicians.




- Monitoring service requests based on priority.
- Management of suppliers purchases by ordering materials required for completion of service jobs
- Assisting with customer reports.

Qualifications & experience

- Be proficient in use of MS Windows (including: Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent speaking, listening and writing skills
- Experience in an office or within a customer service role will be looked upon favourably.
- Good time Management
- Show reliability and responsibility
- Can work autonomously as well as take direction from team members
