St. Joseph's Nudgee College is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Boarding Recreation & Activities Coordinator to join our dedicated Boarding team from January 2027.

In this hands-on role, you’ll lead, plan, and deliver an exciting, active, and balanced recreation program for our boarding students—creating a vibrant “home away from home” experience during the school term.

The Role:

- Plan & Execute: Design and coordinate fun, engaging and varied activity schedules (sports, weekend outings, events, and leisure activities) tailored for Year 5–12 boarders.
- Build Community: Foster an inclusive, safe, and nurturing environment where young men can thrive, build friendships, and develop holistic life skills.
- Collaborate: Work closely alongside the Dean of Boarding, Director of Boarding, and residential staff to run smooth, memorable boarding experiences.
- Connect: Build great relationships with students, families,



and key college stakeholders.

- Excellent Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect naturally with youth, staff, and parents.
- Strong Organisation: Ability to manage schedules, budgets, logistics, and safety requirements effortlessly.
