Axiom Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to coordinate and deliver in office and on-call end-user computing support across our global client base. You will manage incidents, troubleshoot hardware and software, and assist with deployments and security configurations.
You will work with Windows and macOS endpoints, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices, providing timely, accurate resolutions while keeping documentation up to date and ensuring SLAs are met.
