As a Medical Receptionist, you will provide qualified, confidential reception and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre. Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff, you will be the first point of contact for young people, their families and supporters, helping to create an accessible, youth-friendly and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

- Welcome young people, families, and visitors as the first point of contact while delivering professional, confidential service.
- Manage sensitive information and client interactions with accuracy, discretion, and respect.
- Handle reception tasks including calls, appointment bookings, record updates, and maintaining secure filing systems.
- Support centre operations by coordinating mail, managing supplies, maintaining organised workspaces,



and improving admin processes.
- Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth and productive client care.

Requirements

- Certificate or Diploma Administration or relevant experience within the healthcare industry
- Current Driver Licence
- Current Blue Card
- Current National Police Check
