As a Warehouse Assistant & Vending Machine Filler at Xvend Vending Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vending machines across the South East QLD region. This is a casual position offering 35-45 hours per week with opportunity to move to full time after 12 months with the company.
What you'll be doing
- Refilling vending machines with a variety of snacks, drinks and other products
- Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting on vending machines
- Ensuring machines are clean, well-stocked and functioning properly
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and end-users
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting any issues
- Adhering to all health, safety and security protocols
- Assisting in the warehouse with deliveries, unpacking and organising stock.
What we're looking for
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn vending machine maintenance
- Good physical fitness to manoeuvre and restock vending machines
- Familiarity with warehousing, storage and distribution operations is preferred

To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold a full Australian open license and valuable driving record.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
- Be a minimum of 24 years of age
- Have rights to work in Australia without restriction.
- Have or be willing to obtain a White Card and National Police check
- Complete White Card and National Police Check certification within the first month of employment
- White Card and National Police Check certification may be completed either before commencing employment or within the first month of employment
- Complete White Card and National Police Check certification before commencing employment

- Be available Monday-Friday, between 5am and 5pm
