Rate: $41.94 - $47.28 (L1-L3) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)

Family is seeking a warm, calm, and patient Educator to provide high quality education and care for four children. They are looking for someone with experience supporting neurodivergent children who can create a nurturing, inclusive workplace that promotes each child's individual learning, development, and wellbeing. The primary focus of the role will be caring for and planning engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for the family's 3 year old. The older children will require school pickup, support with their afternoon routine, homework assistance, afternoon tea, dinner preparation, and guidance in preparing for the evening. The Educator will encourage positive routines and independence.



The children have a strong love of the outdoors and thrive when exploring nature. They enjoy visiting parks, the library, the zoo, the local farm, and riding their bikes. The family values an Educator who is creative, enthusiastic, and able to incorporate these interests into rich learning experiences. As the family is immunocompromised, maintaining excellent hygiene practices and following health and safety protocols at all times is essential.

DRIVING REQUIRED

You must:

- EITHER BE WORKING TOWARDS OR HOLD A Cert III IN Early Childhood Education and Care OR OTHER IHC RELEVANT ACECQA APPROVED QUALIFICATIONS E.G. BACHELOR PRIMARY EDUCATION AND ARE REGISTERED WITH RELEVANT STATE AUTHORITY BOARD.
- PROVIDE AT LEAST 3 REFERENCES.
- HAVE WWCC, POLICE CHECK, CPR AND LEVEL 2 FIRST AID.
- HAVE A CAR & DRIVER'S LICENCE.
- BE WILLING TO COMMIT FOR AT LEAST 12 MONTHS.
- Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example: visa 190 or visa 186.
