ONScape PL, a Metal Fabrication company, is seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer / Yard Hand to join our team in our Picton, NSW 2571 location. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with a variety of general labouring tasks, including lifting, loading, and unloading materials and equipment, blasting and painting
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the company's yard and storage areas
- Providing support to fabricators as needed
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are well-maintained and in valuable working order
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a labouring or yard hand role, ideally within the fabrication industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous labouring or yard hand experience is required
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting of 25kg+ as part of manual labour requirements
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's licence (desirable) and must have a forklift license.
- Australian work authorisation is required for this position
