The Role
Serving as the main point of contact for clients across all operational projects, with responses provided within 1 working day
Providing weekly progress reports to clients, keeping them informed on project status and timelines
Leading and coordinating project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
Providing technical guidance and resolving problems raised by Project Coordinators
Managing Simpro scheduling and MS Project Gantt charts to keep installation teams and clients on track
Managing new project rollout from initiation through to completion
Ensuring all installations meet the highest professional standards and are CEC/SAA compliant
Implementing project-specific site safety plans and confirming WHS procedures are being followed
Organising project stock and equipment,
and utilising pre-existing resources to support budget management
Preparing Project Handovers and Profit & Loss reports for each project
What we're looking for
Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service focus and commitment to representing Trill Group professionally at all times
Proven experience in Project Management within the Renewable Energy or Construction industry
Ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities, and meet strict deadlines across multiple concurrent projects, including interstate travel
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as provide leadership and support within a team environment
Sound knowledge of CEC/SAA compliance requirements and WHS obligations
Proficiency in Simpro and MS Project (or equivalent scheduling and project management tools) is desired but not essential
Relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field (desired but not essential)
Experience within the Solar/Renewable Energy industry is highly regarded (desired but not essential)
License & Tickets
White Card (Construction Induction), or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
Working at Heights certification, or willingness to obtain
Current driver's licence
