About the Role

As Centre Manager, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the service while creating a positive and inspiring culture for your team.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading, mentoring, and developing a large team of educators and leaders
- Creating a high-performing, collaborative,



and engaged workplace culture
- Driving continuous improvement and educational excellence
- Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework and all legislative requirements
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
- Overseeing occupancy, financial performance, rostering, and centre operations
- Partnering with your Operations Manager to achieve business and quality objectives

About You

We're looking for a confident and authentic leader who enjoys developing others and creating exceptional outcomes.

You’ll bring:

- Previous experience as a Centre Manager within a long day care service
- A proven track record of successfully leading medium to large teams
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy
- Comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Regulations
- Outstanding communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and mentoring others
- An ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
