We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong relationships naturally, and wants more than just a desk job.

Based in Hamilton, QLD - this role supports our NSW Mining operations - working closely with employees, clients and leadership to drive performance, engagement and growth.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with a robust background in Mobile/ Fixed Plant Operations or Mining. You'll take the reins of a high-performing team of Tradesman operating throughout NSW.

In this role, you’ll be backed by experienced coordinators and a skilled admin support team. Key responsibilities include:

- Monday to Friday | 6am - 4pm | Hamilton Location + Flexible Travel

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee a team of Mechanical Tradesman across NSW

- Collaborate with other teams to align labour resources with customer needs

- Oversee team performance, provide motivation, and recognise achievements.

- Support recruitment, from interviewing and offer negotiation to onboarding new team members

- Conduct regular site travel for client engagement and team performance/safety checks

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

- Mechanical Trade Qualification (Desirable)





- Experience in a similar operations or coordination role (Mining preferred)

- Background in Mobile/ Fixed Plant Maintenance highly regarded

- Excellent organisational skills and intermediate computer literacy skills
