We're seeking a BIM Modeller / Drafter to support delivery of a major upcoming project, working alongside engineers, project managers, and drafting specialists to produce high-quality BIM models and technical documentation.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced BIM Modeller / Drafter to support delivery of a major upcoming project through the development and management of BIM models and technical drawings.

Working closely with the Lead Drafter, Engineers, and Project Managers, you'll be responsible for producing accurate project documentation, maintaining model integrity, and supporting project delivery from design through to installation.

This is a hands‑on technical role focused on BIM modelling, drawing production, and document management within a structured project environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce and maintain BIM models and technical drawings.





- Develop project documentation in accordance with design requirements and standards.

- Update and revise drawings in line with project changes.

- Support coordination between engineering and project delivery teams.

- Maintain drawing registers and document control processes.

- Ensure models and drawings remain accurate, complete, and up to date.

- Assist with model coordination and clash resolution activities.

- Work within cloud‑based project and document management systems.

About You

- Proven experience in drafting, BIM modelling, or design documentation.

- Strong proficiency with BIM software and modelling workflows.

- Experience using Autodesk Inventor highly regarded.

- Ability to interpret engineering, fabrication, and construction drawings.

- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a project team setting.

- Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or major project environments is desirable.

- $85,000 - $110,000 + super, based on experience.
