Little Coogee Hotel is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead a high-performing team and actively participate in day-to-day operations of our hybrid hotel and hostel. This is not a desk-based role; you will regularly work reception shifts, assist guests, support housekeeping, and help ensure smooth operations.
The position is full time, 38 hours per week, requiring leadership by example and hands-on involvement with guests and staff to deliver outstanding service.
