About the Role
- Residential plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations across Brisbane and surrounds
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults — hot water, drainage, leaks, blocked drains, gas fitting
- Complete accurate job notes and documentation via our field service platform
- Represent Fallon Solutions with professionalism and care on every job
- Support apprentices where required
What We're Looking For
- Queensland Plumbing Occupational Licence (POL) — current and valid
- Gas fitting licence (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine customer focus
- Pride in workmanship — you care about getting it right the first time
- Ability to manage your own day and work independently
