About Us

At Ezy Homes, we do things a little differently. We design and supply unique steel-frame kit homes, specializing in steep, beautiful, and challenging sites that leave other builders scratching their heads.

Because our innovative construction technique allows our homes to go up incredibly fast (often within a week!), our logistics, estimating, and supply chain need to be locked down tight. We are a tight-knit, highly experienced team of calm, supportive office environment in Beenleigh. We love what we do, we support each other completely, and we are looking for our next team member to grow with us.

The Prospect

We are seeking a Cadet Estimator/Purchasing to join us full-time.

This isn’t your typical mind-numbing data entry job. You will be right in the engine room of our operations—combining estimating and purchasing with fast-paced logistics and stakeholder management. Because our building style is so unique, we don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We want someone capable, sharp, and adaptable who hasn't been boxed into "traditional" building habits.

Studying? We’ve got you. If you are currently finishing a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Architecture, we offer genuine flexibility around your university classes, lectures, and exam schedules.





What You’ll Be Doing Daily:

Estimating & Purchasing: Utilizing Excel to prepare material take-offs, order components, and procure steel-frame kit materials.

Internal Liaison: Working hand-in-hand with our in-house design team to ensure project info is flawless before ordering.

Logistics Coordination: Communicating with clients, builders, tradesmen, and suppliers to coordinate seamless on-time deliveries.

Creative Problem Solving: Because our sites are tricky, delivery logistics require a sharp mind. When a supplier delay or delivery hitch pops up, you'll proactively find smart, fast alternatives to keep the project on track.

About You:

Ultimately, we are looking for a genuinely nice person who is willing to give anything a go. You don't need years of corporate experience, but you do need:

A foundational understanding of construction (ideal for a current student, cadet, or recent graduate in Construction, Building, or QS).

Advanced comfort with MS Excel and Outlook (we keep our systems clean and straightforward—no over-complicated software here).

Strong communication skills—you’ll be chatting with suppliers one minute and builders on-site the next.

An adaptable mindset; you view a logistical puzzle as a fun challenge, not a stressful crisis.
