White Wolf Constructions, an insurance repair builder prioritising quality and care in everything we do, is seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Estimator/Supervisor to join our expanding team based in our Caringbah Office. This is an in office role.

The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

Review scopes and reports provided by our insurance partners and generate competitive desktop tenders and estimates.

For successful tenders, effectively plan, schedule, allocate, and supervise trades and repairs remotely, delivering high-quality and timely outcomes.

Conduct timely reviews of completed make safes for compliance and quality, and, where compliant, create invoices for submission.

Build and maintain strong and mutually beneficial supplier relationships across our trade base, fostering quality, collaboration and rapport.

Ensure quality standards and cost management are consistently maintained.

Consistently meet or exceed client KPIs.

Customer Service:

Excellent proactive and honest communications, time managment and prioritisation skills to deliver superior service outcomes.

Build strong relationships and effectively resolve challenges.

What is Essential:

Experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs (insurance-related preferred)

Knowledge of National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements





Team player with excellent communication skills

Competence with repair management systems, Microsoft Office, and a quick learner of new systems

Keen eye for detail in interpreting scopes of work

Exceptional organisation and time management skills

Strong attention to detail ensuring the highest quality of repairs

Proactive and team-oriented with a commitment to safety

Insurance building industry experience is highly regarded

Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, Permanent Resident or have unrestricted workrights in Australia.
