We're looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our Finance team in Hamilton. Whether you're looking to build on your existing finance experience or take the next step in your career, this is an opportunity to join a supportive team within a growing national business.

No two days are the same. One minute you might be investigating an account discrepancy, the next you're helping a customer find a solution, working with our Sales team, or celebrating finally getting that tricky account resolved.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing customer accounts, payments, and account reconciliations.

Following up outstanding accounts and working with customers to achieve positive outcomes.

Assisting with credit applications and maintaining customer account information.

Investigating and resolving account queries in partnership with customers and internal teams.

Preparing reports and maintaining accurate financial records.

Supporting month-end activities and broader finance team initiatives.

About You

Have experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Finance Administration, Customer Service, or another role where you've built strong relationships and solved problems.
