About the opportunity

We are seeking Franchise Performance Coach to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be versatile, energetic and looking to develop themselves within a fast-growing organisation. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this is a role that will provide an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to grow and evolve with City Cave. This role is responsible for mentoring, training and coaching franchise owners to achieve growth targets with a focus on operational excellence.

Additionally,



this role will be responsible for developing new strategies to increase sales and profitability whilst providing ongoing training support to a group of City Cave Centre's across Australia. Some travel to support interstate sites may also be required.

About you

At least three years of experience in a similar position.

Demonstrated experience in a Regional Management role, with proven experience operating within a franchise business environment.

Demonstrated proven track record in increasing sales and profit in franchise business units.

Demonstrated experience in a diverse, customer-focused setting.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to develop training programs for a diverse range of tasks and skill levels.

Experience within a health and wellness orientated environment is highly desirable but not essential.
