The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in Queensland. If you thrive on building strong relationships, spotting new opportunities, and representing a respected brand, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage current business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Strengthen relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and pool professionals
- Represent Pool Controls at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
- Provide market feedback to help shape product development
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to our growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development or sales (technical/B2B preferred)
- Knowledge of the pool industry is a plus, but not essential – we welcome those starting out in BDM roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel within QLD
