The Role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a quality local residential portfolio of approximately 90–100 properties.

This is an all-round Property Manager position where you will manage every aspect of your portfolio, while working alongside a fully supportive and experienced property management team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end management of a quality residential portfolio with autonomy and confidence
- Acting as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants
- Building strong,



long-term relationships and resolving matters efficiently
- Completing routine, entry and exit inspections and preparing accurate condition reports
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
- Managing leases, rent collection, arrears and tenancy compliance
- Providing clear, professional communication and reporting to property owners
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation

About You
