Local Agent is currently seeking the services of a confident and passionate property manager to complement our motivated and highly professional team. The position is full time (five days per week)and will involve a blend of office based work and external tasks involving property visits etc.

The POSITION:

- Property manager (Residential)
- Member of a professional task-based team with a strong supportive culture focused on team development and customer service

DUTIES TO INCLUDE (but not limited to):

- All aspects of day-to-day property management as part of a team, and under the supervision and support of Senior Property Managers.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings, processing rental applications and assisting with the completion of tenancy documents.
- Coordinating maintenance and undertaking general administration duties as required.
- Assisting with holiday bookings,



making holiday guest arrangements and processing payments.
- Assisting team members with other tasks as may be required from time to time.

The CANDIDATE WILL BE:

- Formal QLD property management qualifications are preferred but not essential.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Experience with, or demonstrated ability to learn, essential industry software.
- Possess a clear understanding of the importance of maintaining properties to an acceptable standard.
- Experienced in arranging repairs and maintenance, and liaising with tenants and creditors on behalf of owners is essential
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and effective communication skills are also important in fulfilling this role.
- A current driver’s licence is required.
