We are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker / First Class Welder (TIG Stainless) to join a solid, well-established manufacturing company based in Wetherill Park. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position with a stable employer offering long-term career prospects and excellent onsite facilities.

About the role
Working within a busy fabrication workshop, you will be responsible for high-quality TIG welding and fabrication of stainless steel components. You will be working as part of a skilled team delivering precision-finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- TIG welding stainless steel to a high standard
- Fabrication and assembly of structural and precision components
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Boilermaking and general fabrication duties
- Ensuring weld quality meets strict company standards
- Grinding, finishing, and inspection of completed work
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working collaboratively with the fabrication team
- Following WHS policies and procedures at all times
- General workshop duties as required
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or First Class Welder
- Strong experience in TIG welding stainless steel
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings confidently
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong fabrication and boilermaking background
- Reliable attitude and robust work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Current driver's licence preferred
