An exciting permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Interventional Radiologist to join a leading tertiary referral service in coastal North Queensland.

Applicants must hold:

- FRANZCR Part II or an equivalent recognised specialist qualification
- Appropriate experience in diagnostic and interventional radiology

The opportunity
You will provide specialist radiology services across a broad range of imaging modalities within a busy tertiary environment. Key responsibilities include:

- Performing Tier A and Tier B interventional procedures
- Providing high-quality diagnostic reporting
- Managing a varied and complex tertiary-level case mix
- Collaborating with medical, nursing and allied health teams
- Teaching and supervising registrars, fellows and junior medical staff
- Contributing to clinical governance, research and quality improvement
- Supporting contemporary, evidence-based and patient-centred care

- Total remuneration from approximately $436,406 to $546,127 per annum
