About Us

Carmichael College OSHC is a faith-based, not-for-profit service providing high-quality Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care for children aged 5–12 years, located on the beautiful Carmichael College campus.

About You

We're looking for confident and enthusiastic Educators and Lead Educators who are passionate about delivering high-quality education and care while mentoring others and contributing to a positive team culture.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience in a Lead Educator or similar leadership role within OSHC or early childhood education.
- A Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education and Care, or another ACECQA-approved qualification (including the required Child Protection unit).




- A robust understanding of the National Quality Framework and the My Time, Our Place framework.
- Current knowledge of Child Protection legislation and a commitment to maintaining a Child Safe Organisation.
- An understanding of the Child Safe Standards and the Universal Principle.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
