Director - Research, Behaviour & AI Consulting

What you’ll be doing:

- Building trusted client relationships.
- Driving new business opportunities.
- Designing and delivering qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method research to solve complex behavioural and commercial challenges.
- Translating research into strategic recommendations, behavioural insights and practical action plans.
- Advising clients on customer behaviour, decision-making and behaviour change opportunities.
- Using AI-enabled technology and a research platform to enhance the way insight is generated and delivered.
- Helping shape the future of a fast-scaling consultancy backed by significant investment.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong consultancy experience within behavioural science and/or insights environments




- Excellent quantitative (leaning) and qualitative research capability
- Someone who still enjoys delivery and wants to stay close to the work
- Commercial acumen – you love sales and delivery
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- High standards, a strong ownership mentality and genuine care for client outcomes
- Someone energised by ambitious, rapid-moving environments
- Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for technology-enabled ways of working
