The Role

Due to our growth, we are in need of an additional Dispatch Allocator to bolster our Team. As our Dispatch Allocator, you’ll be the nerve centre of our Brisbane fleet; making real-time decisions that keep our drivers moving and our customers happy. This isn’t a passive coordination role; you’ll be actively managing resources, solving problems on the fly, and working with drivers and internal teams throughout the day.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

- Planning and allocating fleet resources across Brisbane metro and surrounds
- Coordinating driver movements and managing real-time schedule changes
- Communicating with drivers, customers, and internal operations teams
- Monitoring job progress and resolving issues as they arise




- Using dispatch and routing software to optimise fleet efficiency

What We're Looking For

You’re someone who thrives under pressure, can juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball, and knows the Brisbane metro area like the back of your hand. Transport experience is key for you to hit the ground running.

You’ll bring:

- Experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of Brisbane metro geography and road networks
- Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- High attention to detail and a reliable, team-first attitude
- Solid computer skills and comfort with dispatch/routing systems
- Clear, confident communication — both written and verbal
